Clean, Painted and Cycled
GCH takes pride in our ability to completely cycle any type of grinder we offer for sale. We provide you, the customer, with a fully functional machine tool. Our staff meticulously cleans the machine; removing all the old paint, scale and grinding build up. The machine is painted using high quality paint to ensure the appearance you expect from your purchase. GCH also provides complete mechanical manuals as well as electrical schematics.
Reconditioned
GCH Machinery’s experience and knowledge allows us to purchase machines that are in good to very good condition, however over time items often become worn or damaged. Through our reconditioning process, every function of the machine is thoroughly inspected. Any part or component that proves not to meet GCH specifications is replaced or repaired to assure "you" a quality machine tool.

A grinder, we ensure it is done to the highest standards. Our process involves using only new
or remanufactured components, with the exception of reusing the basic castings. At GCH, we take pride
in delivering top-quality remanufactured machines.
- Each machine is completely dismantled to the bare casting.
- All ways, slides, and moving surfaces are precision hand-scraped and flaked.
- All spindles are ceramic-coated and ground.
- All Filmatic bearings are provided new, precision scraped, and matched to the new spindle surfaces.
- Bearings, roller, ball, and angular contact are replaced with new matching precision sets.
- All hydraulic valves are replaced with new.
- All steel pipes, hydraulic hoses, and fittings are replaced with new.
- All new hydraulic pumps, filters, and motors.
- New electrical, motor starter, and fuse blocks.
- Panel disconnects, wiring, and transformers are new.
- New NEMA 12 electrical enclosures.
- GCH can provide new PLC and CNC controls.
- GCH can provide new control console color HMI and push buttons.
- Complete AutoCAD schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- New auto lubrication controls, new lube blocks, steel lines, and fittings.
